Abstract

The process of building management systems, considering the widespread use of digital technologies in modern enterprises, and the need to create a unified digital infrastructure to improve the efficiency of all departments have been studied. The relevance of the research topic is confirmed by the increasing role of data in all organizational activities, including management. Data of various nature transform business processes, acting as a driver for forming new methods of decision-making and practical management tools. A universal composition of management system elements has been proposed for enterprises in various industries and organizational and legal forms, where data are an integral part of the system in accordance with the digital management methodology and interact with other elements. The digital management concept is central to the definition of the system components and their interpretation. The research methodology includes elements of system analysis and set theory, which makes it possible to reliably describe the relationships of control system elements in the context of digital transformation and digitalization. A graphical representation of the subsets has been used, which makes it possible to reflect their interactions most fully. Understanding the impact of data on the management system ensures the management decision-making process effectiveness and reduces the risks of using incorrect organizational algorithms.
