<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Waste management remains a pressing issue in the face of climate change and environmental pollution. Recycling shipping containers for reuse can not only reduce environmental pollution but also offer solutions to social issues. The purpose of the study is to analyze and demonstrate how the application of circular eco nomy principles and regenerative project management can transform the issue of used shipping containers into a sustainable solution. Using qualitative met hods, including literature review and case studies, the authors explore potential uses of recycled shipping containers. The paper examines projects using recycled shipping containers, ranging from mobile kitchens for school meals in El Salvador and affordable student housing in South Korea to commercial solutions in Russia. The study’s findings demonstrate that container reuse can reduce construction pollution, lower the carbon footprint, and provide affordable housing. The study highlights container reuse projects as a sustainable strategy for addressing environmental and social challenges, transforming waste into a valuable resource for local community development.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>морские контейнеры</kwd><kwd>окружающая среда</kwd><kwd>переработка</kwd><kwd>повторное использование</kwd><kwd>регенеративное управление проектами</kwd><kwd>устойчивые проекты</kwd><kwd>устойчивое развитие</kwd><kwd>циркулярная экономика</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>shipping containers</kwd><kwd>environment</kwd><kwd>recycling</kwd><kwd>reuse</kwd><kwd>regenerative project management</kwd><kwd>sustainable projects</kwd><kwd>sustainable development</kwd><kwd>circular economy</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Creswell, J.
