Рассмотрена эволюция роли проектного офиса в системе стратегического управления современной организации. На основе анализа материалов Всероссийской-конференции «Проектные офисы: успешные стратегии и практики», прошедшей в Москве в 2025 г., и обзора современных научных исследований изучен переход проектного офиса от функции операционного контроля к роли стратегического партнера и драйвера создания ценности. Выделены ключевые векторы трансформации: смещение фокуса с соблюдения регламентов на управление портфелем стратегических инициатив, развитие продуктового мышления и компетенций работы с неопределенностью, а также интеграция технологий искусственного интеллекта. Подчеркнуто, что успешный проектный офис функционирует как «интеллектуальный фильтр» и система адаптации, обеспечивая связь между долгосрочной стратегией и тактическими проектами в условиях турбулентности. Определен новый набор компетенций для сотрудников проектного офиса, актуальный для решения задач стратегического управления.

The evolution of the project office role in the strategic management system in a modern company has been considered. Based on the analysis of the proceedings of the All-Russian Conference “Project Offices: Successful Strategies and Practices”, held in Moscow in 2025, and modern scientific research review, the project office transition from the operational control function to a strategic partner role and value creation driver have been investigated. The key vectors of transformation have been highlighted: a shift in focus from compliance with regulations to portfolio management of strategic initiatives, development of product thinking and competencies for dealing with uncertainty, as well as artificial intelligence technologies integration. It has been emphasized that a successful project office functions as an “intelligent filter” and an adaptation system, provi­ ding a link between long-term strategy and tactical projects in conditions of turbulence. A new set of competencies has been defined for project office staff, which is relevant for solving strategic management tasks.
